Royce grew up in and around kiwifruit in Te Puna and also had a misguided "crack" at earning a fortune picking apples in Hawkes Bay. Since leaving university in 2006, Royce has had a variety of customer-facing roles in the FMCG and horticulture industries and is focussed on making the "technical" more relatable.
When he is not ensuring customer success, Royce is a doting father of two daughters, an avid All Blacks fan and a mountain bike "weekend warrior".
